A Day of Practice in Nature with Kaira Jewel Lingo and Thimo Wittich

This event is co-led by Kaira Jewel Lingo and Thimo Wittich (see bio below). It will be held on Sunday May 25, 2025 from 10am-4pm.

During this day of practice we will reconnect with the natural world and engage in contemplation in the heart of the living world in the abundant beauty of spring. Our time together will include, sitting meditation, meandering and walking meditation, Qi Gong, mindful eating, deep relaxation lying on the earth, time alone in the woods and group sharing. Thimo and Kaira Jewel have studied and taught extensively in the outdoors and we are happy to share this with the New York community.
